We brew numbered beer with a story

Every Skerrick batch is brewed by hand in our Kentucky barn, numbered, and poured fresh in the taproom or shipped to your door.

Why Skerrick

Friends raising frothy beer mugs in a warm toast at the Skerrick taproom

Best ingredients

01

Malted barley from family farms, whole-flower hops weighed by hand, and well water drawn from our own Kentucky spring. Nothing rushed, nothing artificial.

Our process

02

Open fermentation, six weeks of cellar conditioning and a tasting panel for every single batch. If a barrel is not worth your evening, it never leaves our cellar.

Story behind

03

Skerrick began as two copper kettles in a Manchester barn. Every limited edition still carries its batch number, its brew date and the name of the brewer who signed it.

Our beer

Five small-batch brews, each released as a numbered limited edition. Our Irish Pale Ale leads the cellar — the batch that built our name.

Skerrick Irish Pale Ale

$9.99

Bright copper pour, toasted malt heart and a citrus-hop lift. Conditioned six weeks in-cellar and capped at 24 bottles per batch.

Pairs beautifully with sharp cheddar, smoked wings and long conversations.

What our regulars say

"All the beers recommended here are either refreshing, complex, or outstandingly tasty. Skerrick ticks all those boxes and passes the "aaah" test better than any other."

"The Strawberry Field Ale got me through last summer, and the taproom feels like a second living room. Book the corner table — you will not regret it."

"I have toured breweries in eight countries. The Midnight Stout pour here stands with the best of them — deep, silky, and gone too soon."
