How fresh is my bottle?
Every Skerrick batch is conditioned six weeks in our cellar and shipped in batch order, so the bottle you open is always from the current numbered run.
How should I store it?
Keep bottles upright in a cool, dark place (10–13°C is ideal) and serve at the temperature on the brew sheet above.
What if my batch sells out?
